RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1. We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge only once per order.
2. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin- code.

3. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
4. Once return is placed it usually takes 24 working hours for approval. Once approved our courier partner will attempt pickup within 2 working days.
5. Once picked up it usually takes 8-10 working days (sometimes earlier) for the return to reach our warehouse. Our team will perform QC within 24-48 hours.
6. COD charges are Non-Refundable.

9. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
10. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, any further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable only if you pay to way shipping charges in advance.

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded via Razorpay's refund link.

Exchange of product is exempted from shipping charges on first time request and logistic charges shall be applicable on exchanges requested thereafter.

• Bank account details provided by the customer in the refund link would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents, and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
• In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail info@onfirefashion.com with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
• Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e- mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
